By using Termination.in you agree to these terms. They exist to keep everyone who shares here safe.

Acceptable use

Do not name people or companies. Do not identify your employer, manager, or colleagues.
No defamatory content and no false claims. Share your own experience truthfully.
Do not attempt to use the site to harass, threaten, or expose any individual.

Moderation

Every submission is reviewed by an admin before it counts. We edit to remove identifying details, and we may reject a submission that names someone, appears false, or otherwise breaks these terms. We are not obliged to accept any submission, and nothing you submit is ever published.

Grievance, takedown & deletion

You can request deletion of your own submission at any time by emailing our Grievance Officer and quoting the reference number shown to you after you submitted. We will remove the story and its attachments. To raise any concern or request a takedown:
