A pattern is harder to ignore than a person.
Termination.in collects private accounts from people in India affected by wrongful termination, background-verification misuse, and forced or pressured resignation. On its own, each story can be dismissed as one bad day, one bad manager. Gathered and anonymized, they reveal something no employer can wave away: a repeated practice.
How testimony becomes change
We never publish your story. Instead, we strip every identifying detail and add it to an anonymized body of evidence — counts, categories, timelines. That aggregate picture is what we can responsibly take to journalists, policymakers, regulators, and legal-aid organisations to push for fairer process. Your individual account stays confidential; the pattern does the arguing.
The promises we keep
- Nothing is published. There is no public wall of stories. No one browses what you write.
- No one is named. We ask you never to name a company or person, and we remove such details in review.
- The count is always real. Every number on this site is a true count of real submissions. We never inflate it.
- Only anonymized aggregates leave. No individual story content is ever shared externally.
- You stay in control. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time, and we will.
